I first met Blake when our son, Wyatt, was less than a year old. Wyatt’s cheeks were always red and he always had a runny nose, so I took him to the allergy doctor where I met this cute ‘little lady’ named Blake. She whisked into the room and said, “Oh my gosh, you’re Watson Studios! I’m going to be calling you when I get engaged!” That she did! :)
We had the privilege of shooting so many wonderful weddings in 2013, but I really can’t say enough about this one in particular. There was so much love surrounding us! I left Blake’s wedding wanting to be more like her in every way. She’s just one of those super positive, friendly, expressive, wonderful people who laughs all the time and leaves a mark wherever she goes. Brad is just as nice and together they’re a perfect match!
Blake and Brad’s wedding took place at Blake’s childhood church, Fountain City First Baptist. We took all of the photos before the ceremony at RT Lodge, which was also the location for the reception. It was a magical day and we hope you enjoy this small glimpse of their beautiful wedding!

The following sequence of photos is so special, and truly captivated my heart. Between Blake and her Mom, Aunt, Dad, and best friends there was a roller coaster of every emotion. They laughed, they cried, and they were nervous. It was a beautiful mess! We absolutely love these types of moments- especially when we get the opportunity to capture them on camera.
