Lindsay is awesome! She has been waiting for forever to see these photos! I told her in advance that we could shoot them when she was in town for a few days, but we would have to wait until the bulk of the May weddings were processed before we could work on them.... Anyway, here they are! Lindsay and Ryan were so nice and easy going. Lindsay is of course super excited about their wedding and it sounds like it's going to be beautiful! They are getting married this September at Hunter Valley Farm and we couldn't be more thrilled about shooting their wedding.

Just fyi (or in case you are wondering) --- I've been keeping the last few posts kind of short and the next few will be short too because THIS IS WEDDING SEASON and we've got so many photos to work on! And, you guys could all probably use a break from all my rambling and dorky comments :) anyways....

Here are a few of our favs!

I like Lindsay's windy hair in this one.

Dan loves this one

The next 5 --- I don't always do this but I thought it fit the scene. I used texture overlays to give the images a grungy look. My mom typically HATES this, she always says, "why do those look so dirty?" I wonder what she'll say about these. I personally love it for these images but I'm curious to see what everyone else thinks.

The end! Ok, that was more dorky comments than I planned but oh well.....

Just wanted to quickly post this funny incident from Kit & Bobby's engagement shoot at Penrose Farm. Kit and Bobby are so fun and I can't wait for everyone to see the rest of their pics! Here's a little sneak peek for Bobby - Happy Saturday!
We are working on a ton eng. sessions and weddings from the last month - we're going in order so just hang in there and keep checking back!
I don't think Kit could see what was going on at first...Bobby's face is hilarious, lol.

KIt, you look beautiful in red. You should definitely add red to your black wardrobe. Can't wait to see the rest of the pics!!!!

This looks like a scene from a Jim Carey movie. The guy favors Jim Carey in first couple of pics. In the last one the horse looked like he knew what he was doing. You are great at capturing so much of everyones personality. I love your pictures. I saw chad oaks on my sisters facebook.

Our third wedding in May was the lovely wedding of Sarah Galyon and Greg Dorman at First Farragut United Methodist Church and Fox Den. The whole day was filled with sweetness and their is no doubt this couple is perfectly suited for each other. It seemed like everything turned out just as Sarah planned, even Mother Nature was on her side. We were able to shoot outdoors before and after the ceremony. The thunderstorms came just as we were finishing up the shots of Sarah and Greg before the reception. Here are some of our favorite images from their wedding --- don't you love those crazy clouds!?

Most of these are going to be out of order...

I'll focus a little more on Greg here since the last post was all about Sarah :) His groomsmen were awesome! Four of these guys (including Greg) have served in Iraq, some on more than one tour!

"I, Sarah, take you, Greg, to by my husband, to have and to hold..."

And the kiss!

Trolly ride to Fox Den...

So sweet...

Ta da! The end!

I really like the texture overlays! It gives the photos kind of a soft industrial look to it that is just COOL to look at! Great job as always!
