Anna Marie (the bride in this post) and my sister Claire were roomates all though college --- so, I've known Anna for years. Most people in my family lovingly refer to her as 'Anna Banana' --- and she's the cutest thing you've ever seen. If I had to guess, I'd say she's under 5 feet tall and probably weighs about 80 pounds -- she is a really tiny person. Dustin on the other hand is quite tall..... So, naturally, they do this pose a lot!: Cute right?
Hi friends!! Dan and I have been traveling literally all over the country shooting weddings -- we have so many images to share! Keep checking back because this is going to go kinda fast ;).
Now, on to the main event!
Rewind .... Anna and Dustin live right up the road in Greenville, SC, which is both of their hometowns and I love that place!! The downtown area is sooo super cute!! They were married at Greenville A.R.P Church and had their reception at the Commerce Club.
Here are some of our favorites of the day!

This next one is one of my favorites. Anna Marie's brother, T.J., and are aunts practicing the song they would later sing for the ceremony.
And this!!!! Something unexpected happens at just about every wedding. For Anna Marie & Dustin's wedding this is what happened: The limo started smoking on the way to the reception! They had to pull over, call the wedding planner, and she rushed back and got them!! Everything was fine, it was just funny when we got to the reception and someone filled us in on what was going on!!

This was the best part of the whole reception. Anna's maid of honor pulled her grandmother out onto the dance floor --- it was fabulous!! She had the best time and everyone loved it!!
At the end of the night, Anna Marie and Dustin took a carriage ride through downtown back to their hotel and of course I had to hop on for a second to get a few pics! Congratulations Anna Marie and Dustin! We love you guys!!

Becca is one of our most favorite clients --- She's sweet, high-spirited, kinda crazy and has a really fun personality --- I pretty much love her to death. In fact, I'm a little depressed now that her and Billy's wedding is over because that means I don't have a very good excuse to talk to her all the time... Hmmm, maybe I'll drag out her album design so that I can talk to her about it forever... Ok, just kidding.
If you've been following us for a while you've probably already seen Becca and Billy on our blog because they've popped up on here for their engagement shoot, guestbook & bridal shoot --- all leading up to the big event. Now, on to the good stuff!
We had SUCH an incredibly hard time choosing which ones to post.... But after many tough rounds of editing, we've chosen these as some of our faves to describe their day!!
The day started at Belleza Salon & Spa
Becca got this text while she was there.
I really like this picture, Becca looks so beautiful...like she could be getting ready for the runway!!
After Belleza, we headed over to Knoxville Museum of Art where the girls finished getting ready on the stage in the auditorium.
Becca's shoes were sooo great!
We were heading out the door to take the next set of pictures when we got word Billy was about to enter the building. We hid Becca in one of the galleries but (of course) she just had to get a little peek as Billy walked by :)
The girls' dresses were such a pretty color. We scouted this location a block or so away from KMA so that we could be in the shade and out of the heat!
We did the same for the boys... And if you think this wedding party isn't big enough, add in 2 flower girls and 4 ring bearers!!

And this is kinda what I mean by Becca being high-spirited.
Just before the ceremony
Billy may not be thrilled with me for saying this part but the best part of the ceremony was when Billy, the soft-spoken soldier, got choked up reciting his incredibly sweet vows.....So much that tears were streaming down MY face! Hands down the best/sweetest part of the whole day.

This picture explains Becca and Billy's personalities to a tee!
I really don't know how she wore those heels all day and then danced in them!
Guests threw lavender as Becca & Billy made their exit, and since it was so light, it kind of hung in the air for a bit... Great for pictures!!

Sarah and Amy are sisters. Sarah is my friend and her son in Graham. This is him -- he's a chunk and super cute!
These are Amy's children, Libby, who has the most beautiful eyes I've ever seen...
and Gant, who is sweet and charming.
