Last summer when Ben was ready to propose to Brittany he thought he had it all planned out... Brittany was at her lake house laying out on the dock. Ben put the ring in a mesh bag which he tied to his arm. The plan was to swim across the lake, surprise her, and ask her to marry him. It turns out the distance of the swim was much further than Ben thought... When he got there, she was totally surprised, he did ask her to marry him - and she said yes! Then, after all the wonderful emotion, there was a slight medical incident involving a swimmer vomiting from exhaustion and collapsing in bird poop.  A funny and priceless story no matter how you tell it.  And, knowing Ben & Brittany's personalities makes it even funnier.  Share
