of LOVE! (and weddings)
Dan and I have been sooo busy getting ready for the upcoming Wedding Season!! They say 75% of couples get married between May and October, which we think is definitely true in Knoxville. I'd say the first two weeks in December are also typically hot dates. Anyhow, we have been doing a lot of engagement shoots lately and I wanted to post this shot, which is now our ad....I will post more from this shoot when I get to the rest. This couple was so sweet and I wish them all the best.

We got to do an engagement shoot with Dave and Stephanie this week. They are such a cute couple and they are perfect for each other, both so sweet and giggly. We got to know them through Dan's friend Mike. They moved here from Knoxville around the same time we moved back here from Maryland and we've become great friends! Potter (as Dave's friends call him) even helped Dan with our house. Dan had actually met Potter a long time ago when Dan visited Memphis - his first trip to Tennesse when he was like 18 - way before he ever met me!
Anyway, we are so happy, because now we get celebrate their upcoming wedding with them and be their photographers.
And, maybe not the best part, but certainly a really good part, is that they are getting married in New Orleans! It goes perfectly with their personalities. They are both so full of life and love to have a good time with friends. But first, we did this cute engagement shoot we did at the Farm. Can't wait 'til the wedding! It is going to be a blast!
