Well I can't believe it's already been one week since our last post -- A LOT has happened since then, which you'll hear all about in our next post.
Until then, here is the darling little family of a friend I grew up with :)
The Kerrs have two boys -- this is Tristen, the oldest...

and this is Jackson... They have crazy beautiful eyes -- I did NOTHING to their eyes in Photoshop, they really look like this!

Ha ha

This is my favorite

or maybe the one on the right ;)

and here is a little slideshow if you want to see more! Have a great weekend!! xo

You might want to grab a cup of coffee before you go any further because there is a lot to look at from Julie & Danny's wedding. There was a lot to shoot -- I mean A LOT and as we were going through all of the photos from their wedding there seemed to be a lot of threes -- as in three shots that fit together really nicely or three that stood out from a particular backdrop or moment. So, the format of this post is a little different, you may like it, you may hate it....
Two things we love to photograph at weddings are:
1). Details/Location (photos that give a sense of place & style) and..
2). Shots of the couple (not to be too cheesy but tender or joyous looks from two people who are truly in love).
Julie and Danny's wedding had both in abundance so that's a whole lot of what we decided to post. Enjoy!!

There are a couple horizontals I have to show. This is Danny's uncle playing the banjo before the ceremony.

I really love the shot on the left and would love for you all to see it huge but I'm sticking to format...

A break from the 3's for a sec...

LOVE all three of these -- good job Julie & Danny!!

The End!! Julie & Danny -- thanks so much for having us!!! xoxo

It's Halloween and what could be more fun this time of year than an engagement shoot in a Pumpkin Patch!? We can't take credit for this brilliant idea, it's was our bride Mary's and we love it so much when someone drops a fresh idea right into our lap! Thank you to the people at Maple Lane Farms for letting us use your beautiful place!! Here are some of our favorite shots from Mary and Dave's engagement shoot!!
