In case you missed Live at 5 at 4:00 today (I mean who wasn't in front of the TV on this gorgeous Friday afternoon?!?), Dan and I had our television debut! I was actually terrified (and I mean terrified!) about this whole thing (and ok Dan was too). But as it turns out, no matter how camera shy you are, LaSaundra Brown, cameraman Jim and the crew at WBIR can work some miracles -- turning two blubbering idiots into a pretty cute story!

...I've got to brag on my husband and business partner for a second! 

We recently found out that Dan won 1st place in the Details and Interiors category of the International 2010 Top Knots: New School of Wedding Photography Competition.  The Top Knots competition is one of the largest and most prestigious wedding photography competitions in the world. When we were entering a few of our photos, I remember thinking that it would be nice to get something featured sometime in the next 5 years or so! So I was really stoked to find out we got one in our first try!
